With unmatched durability and seamless integration into modern wall assemblies, DELTA® air- and water-resistive barriers safeguard your work and boost your reputation—because the best buildings deserve the best protection.
DELTA®-FASSADE S & DELTA®-FASSADE SA
For professionals working within an open-joint cladding system, choose the barrier that opens up your creative possibilities. As rigorous third-party testing shows, more DELTA®-FASSADE S and DELTA®-FASSADE SA surfaces can be exposed in open-joint cladding designs.
The increased allowed open-joint exposure, now 50% of the overall facade (a total increase of 25%), provides architects with more design freedom, enhanced product performance, and added reliability. This innovation further strengthens Dörken’s reputation as a high-performance air- and water-resistive barrier leader.
DELTA®-VENT S & DELTA®-VENT SA
We understand the challenges that can arise on the job site, such as scheduling setbacks and product shortages. Now, thanks to an upgrade in technology, choosing the DELTA®-VENT S and DELTA®-VENT SA barriers reduces these worries.
The DELTA®-VENT S and DELTA®-VENT SA are now manufactured using thermal polyurethane liquid (TPU). This change provides increased UV protection and long allowable exposure times, reducing the risk of UV damage before a building’s exterior cladding is installed. Specifically, these barriers allow for an exposure time of up to a year throughout most of North America.*
*Please note. Allowable exposure time in some parts of the Southern United States will range between 180 and 240 days.
